Tickets for Warwick Barn Dance on July 20th are starting to sell. There are still six weeks to go, but if you and family or friends would like to have a fun Friday evening in the Court House ballroom, don’t leave it too late! Numbers have to be limited to make sure there’s plenty of room for the dancing.
No experience is required. The caller Bob Morgan will guide everyone through the dances. No stiletto heels please; they might damage the smooth sprung-oak dance floor in the ballroom. And flat shoes are much better for country dancing.
Watch some barn dancing. You can get a good idea of what’s in store from these videos:
On July 20th there will be live music from ‘GreenMatthews’, a buffet at the interval and a licensed bar. Doors open at 7.30pm at the Court House in Jury Street.
Tickets are just £15. You can get them at the Visitor Information Centre or by emailing Tricia at email@example.com
