Come and see our Tree

It’s a right royal Christmas Tree from Unlocking Warwick at this year’s Christmas Tree Festival in St. Mary’s. Beautifully decorated by Gina and Denver, it features pictures of visits to Warwickshire by members of the royal family.

The decorations mark a notable year for the Royals, with the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, her funeral, and the succession of King Charles.

There are more than 50 trees decorating the nave and the Beauchamp Chapel, provided by local organisations, shops, and schools.  The Festival opens to the public at 5pm during the town’s Victorian evening on Thursday 24th November and will run until December 4th.

The Mayor of Warwick and Father Christmas will visit on Saturday 26th November and chose their favourite trees. There will be other events including special sessions for Nursery Schools, local  care homes, and charities, and a sold out concert featuring the music of Flanders & Swann on December 1st. Money raised will go to the St. Mary’s restoration fund
