Come dancing on Oct 1st
The October session of Tea and Dance Lessons in the ballroom is coming up on Tuesday 1st at the Jury Street Court House.
From 2pm to 4pm, a professional dance teacher will guide guests through the steps of some ballroom classics including the waltz and social foxtrot, and there will be tea, coffee, excellent cake, and plenty of time to chat between the sessions.
Dancing is very good gentle exercise, improving balance, posture and flexibility. It’s also great fun. No previous experience is required and there’s no need to book for the Tea and Dance Lessons. The cost is just £2.50 per person including the refreshments.
So if you know someone who might particularly enjoy an afternoon of music, ballroom dancing, tea and conversation, they should turn up at the Court House in Jury Street at 2pm, take a partner and take to the floor.
