Court House Tour Saturday 3rd July

Unlocking Warwick guides Paula and Sue are standing by to conduct one of our popular Court House Tours this Saturday from 11am to 11.45pm.

Whether you are visiting Warwick or are a local resident who wants to know more about the history of the county town, you are sure to enjoy this free tour which explains the origins of the Grade -1 listed Court House (the Town Hall) and includes some of the big events in Warwick’s rich history.

Paula explains why the town burgesses were forced to leave their Guildhall 450 years ago and move to this central site.

Sue will conduct a separate tour if there are more than a dozen guests. Here she explains the Saxon origins of Warwick in the year 914.
