Dates for Court House Tours 2024

Our occasional Court House Tours begin on Easter Saturday 30th March. These free 45-minute tours are a stroll around the Grade-1 listed building, which will be 300 years old next year.

Volunteers tell of the way the town has been administered since is founding in Anglo-Saxon times, and how the Great Fire of Warwick in 1694 transformed the town centre, and led to the construction of a new stone Court House and Town Hall.

These are the dates of the Saturday Court House Tours:

March 30th (Easter Saturday), April 27th, May 25th (Spring Bank Holiday Saturday), June 29th, July 27th,  August 24th (Summer Bank Holiday Saturday), September 7th and 14th (Heritage Open Days Weekends). The tours start at 10.30am. Assemble in the Visitor Information Centre.

You can check if a tour is going ahead by calling the Visitor Centre on 01926 492212.
