‘Great Fun’

The first Ballroom Board Games on March 28th was a clear success with guests declaring it ‘great fun’. There were whoops and laughter as someone threw a yahtzee with their dice, or won a hand at at ‘sevens’.

One pair of experienced dominoes players were playing ‘league dominoes’, which requires some simple maths. Others were playing ludo and draughts, while volunteers served tea, coffee and cake.

We hope they will all return for more games in the ballroom on 25th April, and spread the word amongst their friends. If these events prove to be popular, we’ll continue with them on the fourth Tuesday of each month between 2pm and 4pm in the Court House.

Ballroom Board Games costs just £2 per person to include the tea and cake; (cash on the door please). Please reserve your place by dropping in to the Visitor Information Centre, or phoning them on 01926 492212.

These monthly socials in the Jury Street Court House are organised by Unlocking Warwick and Warwick Town Council.
