Spring Wildlife In The Ballroom, 13th April

The April social gathering ‘In The Ballroom’ on Wednesday 13th will feature a talk by local author, Rick Thompson, about the surprising wildlife to be found in St. Nicholas’ Park, Warwick.

With the title, ‘Park Life in the Spring’, the talk will look at the migrant birds now arriving from Africa and southern Europe, with some tips on identification. There will be the usual tea and cake, and a wildlife quiz.

Afterwards Rick will be signing copies of his book ‘Park Life – a Year in the Wildlife of an Urban Park’ (St. Nicholas’Park).
