Tea and Dance Lessons on Nov 5th
Guy Fawkes Day – Tuesday November 5th – will be the next session of Tea and Dance Lessons in the Court House Ballroom from 2pm to 4pm. Come along and sparkle!
In these monthly sessions in the Regency ballroom, a professional dance teacher will lead you through the steps of some classics dances, including the social foxtrot, the waltz and the cha-cha. So no experience is required.
Ballroom dancing is great exercise, good for posture and balance, and is great fun. It’s also good for making new friends, with tea, coffee, and cake in the interval, and plenty of time to chat.
There’s no need to book. Just turn up. It costs £2.50 per person to include the refreshments. You don’t need to come with a partner. Just link up with someone else and take to the floor.
The Tea and Dance Lessons happen on the first Tuesday of each month this year, but in 2020 they will switch to the fourth Tuesday, starting on January 28th.
