Tea Dance 11th July
Time for tea and a dance on Tuesday 11th July. The monthly Tea Dance in the Court House ballroom starts at 2pm and lasts for a couple of hours.
Professional Dance Instructor Chris Clark and his dance partner Barbara will guide guests through the steps for some classic ballroom dances, so you don’t need to have lots of experience.
During the interval, there will be tea, coffee and some delicious cake served by one of the Town Councillors and volunteers from Unlocking Warwick, and of course there will be plenty of time to chat and perhaps get to know some new people who live in Warwick.
Tea dancing was particularly popular in Victorian times. It helps with balance, posture and general fitness, and is an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon, particularly in the setting of the Regency ballroom at the Jury Street Court House in the very centre of Warwick.
The Tea Dance costs £2.50 to cover the cost of refreshments.
