Tour in the Sunshine

The Unlocking Warwick Court House Tours returned for 2023 on Easter Saturday, with Sue guiding visitors around the Grade-1 listed building in bright sunshine.

Visitors to Warwick and some local residents heard about the construction of the building after the centre of Warwick had been devastated by the Great Fire in 1694. And they were able to look into the elegant Regency ballroom, recently restored to its original style.

These free tours will take place on selected Saturdays through the summer from 10.30am to 11.15am. There’s no need to book. Just turn up at the Visitor Information Centre in the Jury Street Court House/Town Hall at 10.30am.

The dates are as follows: April 29th, May 27th, June 24th, July 29th, August 26th, and September 9th and 16th during the Heritage Open Days period.
