Visitor Information Centre Getting Ready
Warwick’s Visitor Information Centre in the Jury Street Court House remains closed with staff working from home and answering enquiries on the phone.
But they are using the lockdown time to get the centre ready for the day visitors and residents will be able to come into the building again when social distancing measures will be required.
The desks have been fitted with perspex screens, there will be distancing marks on the floor and hand-gel, gloves and wipes in regular use. The plan is for a circular system with visitors directed to enter by the Castle Street door and exit on to Jury Street. Staff will ensure that the people inside at any one time will be limited to a safe number.
At present all Town Council premises are closed and will reopen only when it is deemed safe to do so.
