Warwick Box Office for Warwick Words

Liz Healey and her colleagues at the Warwick Visitor Information Centre can sell you tickets for all the Warwick Words events.

For this year’s Warwick Words History Festival you can buy tickets for the events and talks locally – at the Visitor Information Centre in the Jury Street Court House – instead of having to go to the central box office in Leamington.  And tickets are now on sale.

The walk-in Warwick Box Office will be open seven days a week until the festival, which is being held from October 1st – 7th in venues around the town. Telephone and online bookings are still being handled by the Leamington Box Office:  Phone 01926 334418 or at www.warwickwords.co.uk

The full programme is now online and you can pick up a free copy at the Warwick Visitor Centre. On the final day of the festival, Sunday 7th October, Unlocking Warwick will be holding an ‘Armistice Afternoon Tea’ in the Court House Ballroom, marking the centenary of the end of WW1 with presentations about how the Great War affected Warwick, songs, poems and human stories. Details are in the Warwick Words brochure which you can download here: https://warwickwords.co.uk/index.php/whats-on
