What’s happening December 1st onwards

Unlocking Warwick’s long-term calendar of events happening in the town, ‘What’s On in Warwick at a Glance’, has now been updated from December onwards. It can be found on this website under Events.

Entries on the list have websites or phone numbers so that you can find out more information or sometimes book tickets online. The What’s On in Warwick is updated at the end of each month, and looks ahead at least six months, so that residents and visitors can note in their diaries well in advance the events they’d like to attend, such as the annual Folk Festival or the Warwick Words History Festival.

There’s always lots going on in the town, particularly in the weeks leading up to Christmas, with carol singing, special church services, concerts and festivities. For example:

The Christmas Tree Festival at St. Mary’s is open until Dec 10th.

The hugely popular ‘Carols at the Castle’ is on December 16th

There are December racedays at the Racecourse on 14th and 31st.

The monthly social group ‘In the Ballroom’ will be singing carols on Dec 7th.

Warwick Town is providing a Christmas Day dinner in the ballroom for those who might otherwise be on their own.

The Regency Ball at the Court House on Dec 9th was sold out within days.
