A Trip to Morocco

The September edition of out tea, talk and quiz ‘In The Ballroom’ at the Court House featured “The Magic of Morocco’, a description of a journey through the north African country by photographer Roger Butler from Kineton. 

His pictures showed the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, the western fringes of the Sahara Desert with wild camels, the villages clinging to the valley sides and the colourful souks of Marrakesh.

Helen had prepared a picture quiz all about Africa, and there was the usual tea, coffee and cake served by volunteers, with plenty of time to chat. 

The next session of ‘In The Ballroom’ will be on 8th October at 2pm when Anne Marie will be demonstrating some cookery ideas. It costs just £3 per person to include the refreshments.
